Here's how your return works:

1️⃣ Fill out the form:

Please fill out our return form and submit it.

2️⃣ Receive return label:

After sending, you will receive a prepaid DHL label by email.

✏️ You are responsible for the shipping costs.

3️⃣ Return the package:

Print the label, stick it on the package and drop it off at a DHL branch or Packstation.

4️⃣ Get a refund:

After verification, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 5-7 business days .

⚠️ Important information:

• ⏳ Return period: 14 days from receipt of the goods.
  
• 🧾 Please keep the shipping receipt with the tracking number.
  
• ❌ Returns without postage paid cannot be accepted.
